Shipping :
We Pack and Ship orders within 3 Business days of receiving the orders.
Items are all shipped through Australia Post, we cannot be held liable for delays, if any, through Australia Post during he Busy seasons.
-Note to buyers-
during peak times, New releases, Sales, Seasonal promotions, our timeframes will be extended to 5-7 Business Days for your order to be shipped, but you will be notified via email as soon as the order has been processed.
We offer standard and Express shipping within Australia, with Standard shipping worldwide. All parcels are sent with a tracking number via email once your order has been Posted. It is the Customers duty to ensure the postal address is correct at the time of purchase, Once your order has been sent unfortunately we cannot redirect the order with Australia Post.
If you have made an error with your postal address before we ship please contact us via email straight away after your order has been placed so we can easily change it before processing and shipping.
Lune & Bloom does not take any liability for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels. Once your order has left our Sales centre, it is completely out of your control.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable.
